Majority of orders are shipped through USPS. We ship to US residential addresses and are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Napoleonfasions.com accepts returns within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that all items must be returned unused, with authentic labels and in original packaging. If goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we may not accept your return.

What type of ingredients do you use?

Our products are paraben/phthalate free. You can find the ingredient panel for each product on our website on the product page.

We use both natural and synthetic materials in all of our products and adhere to the latest safety and environmental regulations of the International Fragrance Research Association (IFRA).

What is Eau de Parfum?

Eau de Parfum translates as perfume water and it contains a more concentrated amount of the fragranced oils that define a scent. It should contain over 15% of essential oils.

Currently, all Napoleon fragrances are Eau de Parfums (EDPs).

Where should I apply my fragrance?

For the best experience with your Napoleon fragrance, we suggest applying it to your pulse points, including your wrists and neck. A light spray on the back of your neck ensures a lasting impression. Apply the fragrance directly to your skin to allow it to blend naturally with your unique chemistry, enhancing its warmth and depth as it interacts with your body. Avoid rubbing the fragrance or your wrists together, as this can change the way the scent unfolds.

What is the shelf life of Napoleon Fragrances?

When first applied, a fragrance typically retains its quality for 2-5 years, provided it is stored away from UV light and heat, which are the primary factors that can degrade the scent.

Does Napoleon only use natural ingredients?

Accepted Answer

Napoleon carefully selects the highest-quality natural ingredients for its handcrafted fragrances. However, certain elements, like raspberry, cannot be extracted directly from their natural sources. Additionally, with stricter regulations on natural materials, some ingredients are no longer available in their pure form. To address this, Napoleon uses top-grade synthetic molecules to authentically recreate these notes.
