Enjoy a 14-day return window on all Napoleon Fragrances purchased within the United States. Simply initiate your return within 14 days of receiving your order. Any request that is made more than 14 calendar days past the delivery date will not be accepted. Please note that all items must be returned unused, with authentic labels and in original packaging. Only products purchased at napoleonfragrances.com with proof of receipt are eligible for returns. Refunds will only be issued to the person and account that made the original purchase. All orders shipped to international destinations are considered final sale upon delivery and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
